Why I do what I do

I started my consultancy to champion the learner perspective in the design and development of professional development programs. My aim is to work with business leadership and project owners to ensure learning solutions achieve effective outcomes for the business and brings about real change. My consultancy embeds integrity, honesty and professionalism at all times, striving to be a genuine business partner.

I have over 15 years experience as an Educator and as a Learning and Development professional. Throughout my career I have worked in hands-on specialist roles, through to senior leadership positions within the corporate, education, public health, not-for-profit and the Australian Defence Force industries. My practical application of best practice learning methodologies ensures I deliver effective outcomes aligned to the business strategy.
